themselves and the group they work alongside. Perhaps
communication styles are hindering progress in your team.
A session focusing on communication styles, listening skills
and dealing with conflict could greatly enhance the group's
ability to lead. Goal setting, conflict resolution, and group
building are also popular topics for leadership teams. Bring
me your issues and I'll design a program tailored to fit your
needs. A variety of topics are available for Sessions, Church
Councils, Committees and Staff Training.
- Train Your Youth Your youth can become a vital part of
your leadership team once they are given the tools they need
to lead, and they understand the expectations. Choose from
any of the topics listed above and I will customize a program
especially for youth. Youth specific topics might include how
to lead a small group, how to lead discussions, how to lead
recreation, or how to plan a program.
- Train Your Teachers Your teachers can become a
cohesive group and increase their creativity, enhancing the
classroom experiences for everyone! Teachers have a wide
range of experience teaching. Some have been involved in
the classroom for years while others may be brand new.
Help your teachers overcome their fears. I will design
sessions to give them ideas about how to build relationships
with children, how to teach using games and recreation, and
how to ask questions. I will show them how to include
children in prayers, how to use and supplement curriculum
and how to make the most out of the teaching experience
for themselves and the children or youth. Many different
programs are available!
